I can't find the Quiz Customizer panel
If Design Upgrade Pro for LearnDash is active, it takes over the quiz settings. Look in Appearance → Customize → LearnDash Design Upgrade → Quiz instead. See Moving to Design Upgrade Pro.
The accent doesn't follow my Primary Hue
If you've changed Accent Color in LearnDash's Design & Content Elements settings, the quiz accent follows that instead. Set Accent on Design: Colors, or clear LearnDash's Accent Color.
A setting does nothing
- You're on the Legacy template. The hues and several colors only apply on LearnDash 3.0. See LearnDash templates.
- Secondary button text only applies once the secondary button has a Background. Outline buttons always use the primary color for their text.
- Inline answers only appear on screens 600px wide and up.
- Sticky navigation buttons only stick on screens narrower than 800px.
The preview doesn't change
Quiz styles only load on pages with a quiz. In the Customizer, use the preview window to go to a quiz.
My changes don't show on the live site
Clear your caching plugin, your host's cache and any CDN, then reload with a hard refresh. Also try a private window, so your browser's cache isn't involved.
