Install and activate

Quiz Customizer for LearnDash restyles LearnDash quizzes from the WordPress Customizer: questions, answers, buttons, the review box, the timer and results, with no CSS to write. It's for sites that only need quiz styling. Design Upgrade Pro for LearnDash includes the same quiz settings along with the rest of LearnDash.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.0 or later
• PHP 7.4 or later
• LearnDash, installed and active

If LearnDash isn't active, Quiz Customizer deactivates itself and shows a message asking you to activate LearnDash first. Design Upgrade Pro isn't needed.

Install the plugin

1. Download the plugin .zip file from your Tangible ONE account. Don't unzip it.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin and click Upload Plugin.
3. Choose the .zip file and click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.

The setup wizard

The first time you activate the plugin, WordPress opens a short setup wizard.

1. Welcome: paste your license key into Your license key and click Get started. Your key is in your Tangible ONE account and starts with TGBL-. If you're building the site for someone else, tick I am installing this for a client. License and renewal news then goes to the account owner by email instead of appearing in this dashboard. It covers every Tangible plugin on the site, and you can change it later in Settings.
2. Usage data: sites without a license are asked whether to share anonymous usage data. The plugin works exactly the same either way.
3. Done: click Open the Customizer to start designing.

You can leave the wizard at any time with Exit setup. Until setup is finished, a notice in the dashboard reminds you to add your license key; the Setup link on the Plugins screen takes you back to the wizard.

Upgrading from an Escape Creative license?

License keys from the old escapecreative.com store aren't carried over. Enter the Tangible ONE key from your account instead.

Manage your license

Go to Settings → Quiz Customizer for LearnDash and open the License tab to activate, deactivate or replace your key. Your license turns on plugin updates and support. If it expires, the plugin keeps working and your design stays as it is.

tip

Quiz styles only show on pages with a quiz. In the Customizer, use the preview window to go to a page that contains one.
