The progress bar appears at the bottom of Arithmetic Quiz, Single Choice Set and Course Presentation, and at the top of Interactive Book.

Setting	What it does	When empty
Track	The unfilled part of the bar	Neutral Hue, or #666 until you set one
Fill	The completed part	Primary Hue
