General Design
The General Design section is where your H5P design starts. Its two hues drive almost every other setting, so set them first. See how the settings work for how the rest of the plugin builds on them.
| Setting | What it does | When empty |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Hue | Buttons, progress fills, selections and accents. The plugin builds a range of lighter and darker tones from it, and switches text on primary-colored elements to black when the hue is light. | #002bc9, or your Design Upgrade Pro for LearnDash primary hue |
| Neutral Hue | Borders, answer backgrounds, progress tracks and other grays | Each component keeps its own gray, or follows your Design Upgrade Pro for LearnDash neutral hue |
| Global Border Radius | Corner rounding on containers, answers, cards and similar elements, in pixels. Keep it at 25 or below. | 0.3em |
| Global Border Thickness | Borders on questions, containers, flashcards, input fields and more, in pixels, from 1 to 3 | 2px |
| Content Density | Spacing and text size inside activities: Spacious (default), Comfortable or Compact | Spacious |
Things to know
- Content Density only affects activities that use H5P's newer design. An older activity that contains newer components, such as buttons, only gets the denser buttons.
- Above a Global Border Radius of 10, Drag and Drop drop-zone labels keep 10px top corners; above 25, Course Presentation keeps 25px bottom corners. Larger values would clip their content.
